When I first entered a new apartment, I was told it was furnished with basic things. The first thing I was looking for is the sunlight and the scenery through the window. Trying to find the window, the first thing I looked for are the window blinds and how they were like. They were just hung up there, presenting the windows, regulating the light into the room and giving the room an ambience during the day time.

Playing with the blinders during childhood is something everybody would have done till now. Saving light and electricity and acting like a light that can vary its intensity, for what they are worth, do save money for us every month. We do feel happy when we find the electricity bill reduced from last month but little do we realize that the sun was shining more for that one month.
For a high amount of temperature fluctuations and for the more fashionable type who take the interior of the house more seriously, there are always the fancy window blinds with colors and fancy pictures that can be drawn on them making them look more appealing. Thermal insulation and Ultra-Violet protection to be done, they do add a protective covering from the bad part of light that is far from the obvious. Although nothing beat the natural blinds that we have for our eyes, they do stand in second place at what they do. But then again, a close second is no joke is it?
